DINERS (from 10/1st til 06/15th)
What could be better than a home-cooked dinner, served on a tablecloth in the dining area? A prolonged moment of A preserved intimacy for a romance for two (candles possible) or a dinner with friends.
The dinner is prepared by the hostess using local products, most of which is purchased from the village’s short supply chain. It includes an aperitif, a platter of seasonal vegetables, a main course of meat or fish, a side dish, a homemade dessert, a bottle of wine and coffee.
Our wines are selected from growers located within a 10km radius of the village, based on quality criteria, respect for the “Vin de Pays d’Oc” appellation and environmentally-friendly practices. You’ll taste typical wines, powerful and tannic, but also round and generous: Domaine du Clos d’Elle, Domaine Saint André, Domaine de Terre Mégère.
Price: 50€/adult and 25€/child, bookable on this site under “booking”, “available options” or directly with Edwige and Nicolas. Service open Fridays and Saturdays from 1/10 to 15/06. 72-hour notice required.
THE PLANCHA SERVICE (from 06/15th til 10/1st)
So you don’t have to go out again after a long drive or a long day, we offer a Terroir plancha : service to be ordered.
A plancha costs €25/adult and €17/child. It includes an assortment of crudités, charcuterie and cheeses from the day.
Vegetarian options are also available. It is served on a board on the terrace.
It must be ordered 72 hours in advance and can be booked on this site under “booking”, “available options” or directly with Nicolas and Edwige.
Service from 15/06 to 1/10.
You can accompany your plancha with a glass of local wine (extra charge).
The sea spray and iodized flavors of the Mediterranean at home!
An unmissable local specialty, seafood includes Bouzigues oysters, whelks, clams and much more: put together your own platter and have it delivered to your place.
The products which are arranged on a bed of ice to maintain optimum freshness, are served on a tray ready to eat. They come exclusively from the oyster farms that border the Etang de Thau, 10km away.
The oysters are fully cleaned and presented open.
You can sit on the terrace by the pool with a small glass of local white wine (ideal with oysters) and effortlessly enjoy an exceptional local tradition.

If you’re looking for a simple way to enjoy the products you’ve bought, the kitchen area on the ground floor is available for simple (no-fry please) cooking.
This area is fully equipped: induction hob, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, freezer, fridge which you can use to store your fresh produce in reasonable quantities. The space is shared and must be returned in the same state of cleanliness as before use.
